It would be much wiser to code this into standard HTML, where almost all visual effects could be executed with javascript. Setting aside the fact this would mean better search engine optimization, resulting in bigger website traffic it would also make the website available on mobile and handheld devices (such as iPad etc.). The usage of sound is much preferred being disabled by default and when the sound is off it should also disable sound effects. Currently this is a huge distraction factor probably resulting in huge bounce rate.
I do realize this is just a promotional micro website with a very short lifespan, but nevertheless. If executed correctly from the beginning of the project, it would probably be less work than flash.
